Something Borrowed Trailer

Sometimes the best things in life are borrowed. Warner Bros has debuted the official trailer via Yahoo for Thor's counter-programming, the romantic comedy Something Borrowed, starring Ginnifer Goodwin, Kate Hudson, Colin Egglesfield, Steve Howey and John Krasinski. Yea, I'll be the guy who says this looks charming for a romantic comedy, so if that's what you're into, enjoy. I'm actually glad to see Ginnifer Goodwin, a very talented actress who came from the indie world, starring in flicks like this and giving damn good performances as the lead. I don't expect everyone to like this, but you can check out the trailer below.

Watch the official trailer for Luke Greenfield's Something Borrowed from YouTube:

It's a thin line between love and friendship. When Rachel (Goodwin) & Darcy's (Hudson) lifelong friendship collides with true love, it leads to unexpected complications and potentially explosive romantic revelations.

Something Borrowed is directed by USC film school grad Luke Greenfield, of the comedies The Animal, The Girl Next Door and a few TV movies previously. The script was written by Jennie Snyder (writer/producer of "Lipstick Jungle", "90210") based on Emily Giffin's novel. Warner Bros is bringing Something Borrowed to theaters everywhere starting May 6th, the very same day as Marvel's Thor, early this summer. Anyone?

When my wife wakes up in the morning, I am totally going to divorce her and phone up a girl I used to go out with at High School and was in love with who is also married with children.

It's funny how Ginnifer is the main character and Kate Hudson's name pops up first.

its funny how they're been drawn together by their similarities and yet they do nothing special together in the whole trailer unless drinking champagne at night together is an interest you share with few people... its clear that they are meant to be together, yeah right...

HA! You can tell those girls really care about each because they're having so much fun cleaning up the dishes.

I'm gonna be honest...When I read the brief synopsis...I seriously thought they were gonna be in Lesbians together...but I was wrong. Wouldn't that have been awesome though!?

Why is it that every guy or gal that goes to Law School has some sort of marriage issue. Even in real life!!(I've been around many) haha. I Swear the becoming a lawyer or attorney thing is not worth it people. They usually never have stable marriages or relationships until maybe there 50's.

I confess, I'm looking forward to this. I too loved the books, but I also love Ginnifer and John Krasinski in just about everything
